Daishia is an experienced crisis therapist who can help guide you toward having a better quality of life. Daishia enjoys helping clients gain insight and awareness of themselves and the world around them. She can help you acquire coping strategies and gain confidence in your ability to manage your stressors, past traumas, mental health issues, or relationship issues. While she tailors her approach to each individual client, she uses a variety of approaches including solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapy among others.
