Jasmine is a graduate of the University of Houston Downtown, with a BS in Psychology and received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Jasmine has experience working with individuals, adolescents, blended families, and parent-child relationships. Typical issues presented to Jasmine in therapy include family and relational conflict, low self esteem, ADD/ADHD, self injurious behaviors, depression, anxiety, and changes in school or work performance. Her clinical approach pulls from a variety of schools of thought, techniques, and perspectives. Jasmine believes that understanding what to do with our pain is the key to finding relief from suffering.
