Tara is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2003 and earned a Master’s in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University in 2012. She has worked in the mental health and counseling field for over 12 years. Tara specializes in helping individuals develop the necessary tools and coping mechanisms to handle everyday life stressors. She possesses a passion to help individuals reach their full potential and live the lives they’ve always wanted to live.
