Beverly Benjamin-Bubb

Beverly is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). She received her Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Affairs with a Business Concentration from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ.
 
Beverly completed her internships at Eagleville Hospital in Eagleville, PA, where she
worked with clients struggling with Drug and Alcohol addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and interpersonal issues. Beverly also has many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with trauma, sexual abuse, and substance related issues. She gained most of her experience during her 17 years with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families where she worked to advance the outcomes of youth and families dealing with significant issues and intellectual disabilities.
 
Beverly uses Psychoeducation as an approach to teach problem-solving and communication skills to support symptom resolution. She uses a variety of modalities to help people reach their goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. Beverly enjoys people and is compassionate in her approach to helping others reach their potential. She sees children, adults, and families.
