Sharon is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston. With specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Experimental Therapies, she brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to therapy.
Throughout her career, Sharon has worked extensively with children, adolescents, families, and adults, helping them navigate challenges related to relationships, confidence, communication, and breaking negative behavioral patterns. She has a deep understanding of how these issues can impact mental health and is committed to helping clients develop practical tools for growth and healing.
 
Sharon has worked with a wide range of diagnoses, including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder. Her focus is on empowering clients to find healthier coping mechanisms, build stronger relationships, and develop the skills needed to overcome life’s challenges.
